Looking back, I now recognize that goal-setting demands more than mere jotting down aspirations and hoping they materialize. Within the sea of goal-setting methodologies like SMART goals and PACT, it becomes evident that a blend of strategies lead to optimal results.

Understanding Your “Why”:

Before diving into goal-setting, it’s crucial to understand the underlying motivations propelling your aspirations. What drives you to achieve these goals? Is it the pursuit of personal fulfillment, the thrill of overcoming challenges, or the satisfaction of pushing your limits? Identifying your “why” serves as the cornerstone of your goal-setting journey, infusing each step with purpose and intentionality.
