Before the Appointment:
Upon scheduling your appointment, a comprehensive welcome email, including your invoice for payment, will be promptly delivered to your inbox. We kindly request that payment be settled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled meeting.
During the Appointment:
Our session will commence with a thoughtful introduction, providing an opportunity for us to become acquainted. Following this, I will guide you through a new client questionnaire, a pivotal step that enables me to tailor the remainder of our meeting to your unique needs. This questionnaire process typically spans 5-10 minutes. Subsequently, we delve into the coaching session, personalized based on the insights derived from your responses. While a detailed preview of the session content is unavailable due to its individualized nature, the ultimate objective is to furnish you with 1 or 2 actionable tasks, strategically aligned with your overarching goals.
After the Appointment:
Contact information is exchanged during our session, facilitating seamless communication. I commit to bi-weekly follow-ups, respecting your preferred method of contact. Rest assured, text and email communication between these sessions incur no additional charges, and my response time averages 24-48 hours. Should the need arise, I may recommend a follow-up appointment to realign your trajectory, and such appointments are subject to invoicing. Additionally, you may receive insightful emails containing best practices and blogs tailored to assist you on your journey. Please note that you retain the option to opt out of email communication at any time.
